總統府發言人陳以信昨（十二）日嚴正表示，台北市長柯文哲與北市府法務局長楊芳玲都曾公開表示大巨蛋案「合法，不合理」，如果柯市長真的認為馬總統有罪，就請柯市長儘快移送偵辦，讓司法進行公平、公正、合法的調查，柯市長也需負起應有的政治與法律責任。
針對大巨蛋案，台北市政府廉政委員會指控馬英九總統涉及圖利罪，並建議北市府移送偵辦。對此總統府發言人陳以信做出前述回應。
